It integrates psycholinguistics and computational psychometrics into a versatile applied research system, enhancing accessibility for users. This platform can rapidly predict the behavior, personality, and decision-making style of any individual in under 10 seconds, all without the need for the individual to complete a test.

CONTEXT

There was a growing demand among users to share the insightful personality reports generated by our platform with their superiors and peers. This need stemmed from the desire to effectively communicate and highlight key personality traits and professional strengths that could be pivotal in team dynamics, project assignments, recruitment or even leadership understanding.

SHARING FEATURE

I spearheaded the design and implementation of a sharing feature on the Chrome Extension. This feature allows users to open a new page where real-time data, drawn from prospects' LinkedIn or Twitter social profiles, is dynamically rendered on the interface elements. This end-to-end application enhancement was strategically developed to bolster our Search Engine Optimization—a critical component of our business strategy. The implementation utilizes the Open Graph protocol to optimize content visibility and sharing capabilities across social platforms.

ADDITIONAL WORK

Here’s a summary of the additional tasks I tackled during this period:

- I designed and implemented comparison pages that significantly enhanced our lead conversion rates, achieving a 55% increase.
- I created new pages and also revamped various sections of the website to improve customer engagement and interaction. (Link)
- I introduced a new pricing section that featured interactive checkpoints, making it easier for users to understand and select services.
- I integrated the Humantic platform with Google Analytics, enabling us to analyze user traffic more effectively and reduce the bounce rate by 21%.

REFLECTION

Working in startup teams involves constant communication and collaboration. The dynamic and often fast-paced environment of a startup requires team members to be highly interconnected, sharing insights, updates, and feedback in real time. This fosters a culture of agility and adaptiveness, where rapid decision-making and flexibility are essential. Effective collaboration in such settings not only drives innovation but also ensures that the team remains unified in its pursuit of shared goals and adapts quickly to new challenges and opportunities.
